Therapy Services

You don't have to wait until you're at a breaking point to get support. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or unsure of who you are anymore, therapy can help you find your footing and move forward with clarity and confidence.

What I Help With

Anxiety and Overthinking. When your mind won't slow down, every decision feels heavy. Together, we'll calm the constant "what ifs," understand what's driving your worry, and build tools to help you feel more grounded.

Burnout and Perfectionism. You've been running on empty, holding yourself to standards no one could meet. We'll explore where that pressure comes from and help you rest, set limits, and stop measuring your worth by how much you do.

Self-Esteem and Self-Worth. Maybe you people-please, second-guess yourself, or hear a voice telling you you're not enough. We'll quiet your inner critic and build a sense of worth that doesn't depend on anyone else's approval.

Relationships and Boundaries. Your relationship with yourself shapes every other relationship in your life. We'll work on communicating openly, setting boundaries without guilt, and letting go of patterns that leave you feeling unseen.

Trauma and Healing. Past experiences, including relational, narcissistic, and racial trauma, can echo into the present. Using a trauma-informed approach, we'll move at your pace to help you feel safe, understood, and more in control of your story.

Life Transitions. Career changes, relationship shifts, parenthood, loss, or simply outgrowing an old version of yourself can leave you questioning what comes next. I'll help you navigate change with intention and self-compassion.

Friendship and Social Connection. Friendships shape our lives, yet friendship struggles rarely get the attention they deserve. Whether you're grieving a friendship breakup, feeling like you're always the "strong friend," stuck in a one-sided friendship, or finding it hard to make friends as an adult, you don't have to navigate it alone. Together, we'll explore your patterns in friendship, practice setting boundaries with care, and help you build connections that feel mutual and supportive.

How I Work

My approach is person-centered, direct, and collaborative. I draw on trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and practical strategies for shifting unhelpful thought patterns. You'll leave sessions with real insight and tools you can use in your everyday life. Therapy with me is culturally responsive, so your identity and lived experience are always part of the conversation.

Virtual Therapy Across Georgia

All sessions are held online through a secure, confidential video platform, so you can get support from the comfort and privacy of your own space, anywhere in Georgia.

Insurance and Payment

I accept insurance. If you'd like to use out-of-network benefits, I can also provide superbills you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Have questions about your coverage? Reach out and we'll sort it out together.
