I specialize in trauma, relationship trauma, and narcissistic abuse, and I know how confusing it can feel when you have spent years doubting your own reality. In our sessions, we name what happened, we gently untangle the patterns, and we practice new ways of responding.
I combine CBT, CPT, and mindfulness so you can understand your thoughts, process your pain safely, and learn how to soothe and protect yourself.
